Jones, Pastakia, Zillich to Receive ACCP Honors
ACCP members Mikael Jones, Pharm.D., BCPS; Sonak Pastakia, Pharm.D., MPH, BCPS; and Alan Zillich, Pharm.D., were selected by the 2009 ACCP Awards Committee to receive the College’s prestigious 2010 New Educator, New Clinical Practitioner, and New Investigator Awards, respectively.

Nominations for certain awards and honors are due February 15, 2010. Additional information on award criteria may be obtained from ACCP headquarters. All nomination materials, including letters, vitae or resumes, and other supporting documents, can be submitted online to ACCP.

President’s Column: ACCP Governance and Leadership
In 2009, at the request of President Murphy, ACCP conducted a survey addressing issues related to organizational governance. The results provided ACCP with ideas on how to better inform members regarding ACCP’s governance system and processes and on ways in which ACCP can better involve its members in organizational activities.
